Ryan & Meghan: a vintage surf hotel wedding at The Post Card Inn 1

Meghan & Ryan and free-spirted cool people who really just wanted to have a great time with everyone they love in one place!

They also picked out a really cool swanky vintage surf hotel called The Post Card Inn of St. Petersburg Beach. It suited them perfectly, from the boho beach accents to mod inspired furniture and memorabilia. And at night they illuminate their center courtyard with hundreds of Tuscan garden lights, a fire pit and lanterns in the trees. It's the kind of reception we photographers dream of being guests at. Gorgeous lights, a cloudless starry Florida night and gulf breezes casting over the fire pit and dance floor.

I think I can agree... their wedding was exactly the great party they planned! It comes through in each image how fun, delightfully odd and genuine they and their friends and family are. And it was simply my pleasure to be a part of it. Just sayin: it takes a photo nerd to know some photo nerds. ;)

What is your favorite photo from the day: Ryan

" It's hard to narrow down one favorite. The one of me on the balcony comes to mind. It was hours before the ceremony was going to happen. I look so relaxed and happy and calm. I like to look at that photo and remember the excitement and joy that I was feeling in that moment. "

Parag and Supna: a Hindu Shrimant Ceremony

Parag and Supna are expecting triplets in the beginning of the year... that is right, count them, three little ones!

In keeping with their Hindu faith they held one very large birth ceremony to celebrate their triple blessing. The Shrimant offers up prayers for both the mother and child, for health, mental development and physical growth. It's also a wonderful time to gather friends and family to you to celebrate the coming joy of adding to the family and Parag and Supna did it up right!

I so look forward to recording your birth story as you become a family together. As a new mom my heart is with you during this time both exciting and exhausting.
